There is a serious check-in bug tied to international routing rules. On multi-leg trips that begin abroad, you should be able to check in well before the standard 24-hour window, yet the app still blocks you. Staff seemed unaware of how connecting itineraries are supposed to work.

No complaints about the airline itself, but the app is terrible. Roughly every 40 seconds it freezes and prompts you to close or wait, then briefly recovers before crashing again. PIX is not accepted, leaving credit card as the only option. Too much scripting causes device conflicts — I removed it permanently.

This app seems built for local residents, not people living overseas. I booked a flight days ago and spent three days trying to add checked baggage without success — both the app and web version insist on a domestic postal code and street address. My cards were declined even when I used a relative's local address. Reaching support means paying for an international call and waiting a long time to speak with someone.

Does this app actually work? I booked a trip through a partner airline two months ahead, yet neither this app nor the carrier site shows my itinerary. The partner app lists the flights, but I cannot pick seats on this airline's legs. The interface is Portuguese-only, which is tough when that is not your language. Both the app and the English site are hard to navigate. At least there are no pop-up ads, but the overall build quality feels poor.

One of the buggiest apps I have used. Registration took forever because valid passwords kept getting rejected despite following the stated rules. Saved profile data is ignored at check-in, forcing you to re-enter everything. Worst of all, while logged in I could not advance past the check-in form. It wastes your time, though the mobile app still beats their website, which is even worse.

When I finally finished, the process failed with a vague error and no useful guidance. Use the website instead—the app feels unfinished and should not have been released like this.
